We are currently looking for SQL Engineers with the following technical requirements:
– Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server at administrative level (e.g. Installation, index and table maintenance, backups etc.)
-Good Windows Operating System background, specially Windows clustering
– Knowledge in implementing different high availability solutions (Always On, Mirroring, Log Shipping, Replication, Clustering)
– Advise in implementing different maintenance solutions, depending on the activity on the servers and best practices on SQL Server.
– Troubleshooting any type of issue that could appear during the installation, configuration or normal functioning of the SQL Server.
– Troubleshooting T-SQL stored procedures, working with performance analysis and optimization on SQL Server;
– Implementing different solutions to improve the performance of the activity on SQL Server databases.
