Volkswagen Group Services – Portugal is supporting the creation of two new software development centers in Lisbon for the Volkswagen Group in building up a new IT location in Lisbon.
This amazing city will become the newest home and the hub for innovative and future oriented IT & Digital projects. Their main goal is to further develop digital experiences and tools for consumers, of both passenger and commercial vehicles.
MAN Digital Hub | Lisbon
MAN Truck & Bus AG is one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of commercial vehicles, serving customers in over 120 countries. They have come a long way since starting out more than 250 years ago and today they are upgrading their business area to digital!
Tasks:
• Management of the Office IT Infrastructure
• Alignment of the IT Operations with MAN Headquarter
• Network Operations with Cisco systems(Miraki: switching, routing, wireless, security);
• Hardware / image deployment;
• 1st & 2nd level support;
• Hardware and software Support (MacOS, Windows & IOS);
• Users and digital signatures card management;
• Support ticketing follow up;
• Suppliers management;
• Printer management;
• Security Incident Management.
• IT Asset Management
Main requirements:
• Hands-On Problem solving attitude
• Between five to ten years of previous experience in the role;
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills;
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Ability & Motivation to learn & explore new technologies
• Ability to work with minimal levels of supervision;
• Availability to travel.
Nice to have:
• CISCO Network Certification ( CCNA / CCNP )
• ITIL Certification.
• O365/JIRA/Confluence
