We are currently looking to integrate an IT MANAGER in our team. This professional will, among other tasks and responsibilities, monitor operational tech requirements, research strategies and technology solutions, and builds the most cost-effective and efficient systems.
We look for a professional who:
Demonstrates clear knowledge and experience in IT;
Has knowledge of strategy definition, implementation and consolidation;
Demonstrates resilience, by allowing oneself to be corrected when necessary and is able to verify one’s own concepts;
Is able to generate and control budgets according to the forecasts and strategic plans of the company;
Stays up to date and proposes new technologies for organization improvement (hardware, software, mobile, apps);
Manages resident team and outsourced service providers with extensive experience in the company;
Is available to work under measurable goals;
Is available for national (and international) travel;
Holds experience as project manager.
Requirements:
Analyze and structure new IT department;
Launch online shop, coordinate technical actions;
Rethink and Propose Strategies for Cashless, E-Tickets, RFID;
Cyber security;
Supervision of developers to launch new websites, apps or other platforms;
Organize and manage databases (Datamining / Business Intelligence);
System and server administration, SQL, HTML, CSS and javascript databases;
HR Management Software;
Financial Management Software / Stocks / Budgets;
Cripto / Blockchain applied to events;
Technical Management of Social Networks, insights and analytics;
Manage and maintain computer park and networks;
Innovation and long-term vision;
Design and fulfill timelines and budgets;
Ability to plan ahead 2/5 years;
Proficient English;
Proactivity, resilience and ability to work on large-scale events;
Search for partners for IT (consultancy, platforms, etc.);
Ongoing training required;
Experience in e-commerce;
Experience or interest in the area of events (preferred);
Internal network (wired, wireless), including security and usage policies.
Place and time:
Flexible, through achievement of objectives;
Mandatory presence at company premises when required (weekly or biweekly).
